Verity Forum, one room, one clock

A clinical forum where every session had to end when it said it would, and every one of them did.

Conferences

Verity's audience are clinicians on a day away from their patients. The brief was blunt: nothing overruns, nothing is hard to hear, and the recordings are up before people are home.

We built a single stage with a hard clock on the confidence monitors, a chair's cue light nobody in the audience can see, and a record chain feeding an editor working in the room.

Seven hundred and twenty delegates, nine sessions, and the day finished nine minutes early on purpose.
