Tamarind took a tasting bar to nine cities in six weeks. Everything had to load out of one truck in ninety minutes and be open by ten the next morning.
We built the rig around that clock: a rolling counter, a rigged canopy, a battery lighting kit and a sound system that fits under the bar.
