Conferences
Northbeam had outgrown a hotel ballroom and wanted a summit that felt like a product launch. We built two stages in one hall, split by a hanging LED spine that carried the schedule so nobody had to look at their phone to find the next session.
Every speaker rehearsed on the real stage the afternoon before. Slides were collected on the Friday, cut to one deck, and run off our machines with a redundant backup rolling in parallel.
Two days, forty-two sessions, and the run sheet that went out on the Monday is the run sheet the show ran on.
