A city design festival with three venues inside four blocks, run on a budget that could not carry three separate crews. We standardized the kit so one team could move between rooms, and put the whole weekend on one comms plan.
Forty-one talks, twenty-two hundred people, and a schedule that had to survive two speakers cancelling on the Saturday morning.
It did, because the run sheet had a hold in it for exactly that.
