We have built and struck the Foundry main stage since 2017. Ninety-six feet of deck, a roof rated for the Texas afternoon, and a rig that has to be dark by ten because the neighbors are three hundred yards away.
Last season we lost a build day to a storm window and still opened the gates at four, because the plot is drawn to be rigged in two shifts if it has to be.
We run the stage, the changeovers and the visiting engineers, and we hand the field back mowed.
